So i've been working this new job this week.

Basically I kow work for a rental management company and i basicallynfind apartments and rooms for young professionals and others in Brooklyn and Queens.

I'm.doing pretty good at it. The boss (this 27 year old millionaire) is one of rhe coolest bosses I've evee had. He's strictly business but would be the the type not ro pass on the blunt.

Everyone who works there is around my age.
Eventually I will start showing apartlents and rooms ro prospective tennants.

i figure I might as well use my position to help fins black folks in NY affordable housing in good neighborhoods.

Because of this job Inhave been dilligently taking notes on how these hasidic jews move with money. Our firm manages hundreds of properties in Brooklyn alone.

I'm.actually excited about it cause I've known the people working there as friends and assofiates for years.

But i am blown away at how much development is being planned in Brooklyn in rhe next few months.

The staff is diverse and its connected to a number of businesses here in NYC.

so if you tryna move to NYC and need cheap digs? Holla at me.

I'm personally trying to save a couple hundo grand from this and move out of NYC come fall 2017.I lohe new yorkN but I'd rather use my income fromm rhis job to buy a cheap house somewhere out in Philly or Newark/Jersey City. And invest in some land.

Also renring out condos/timeshares to those loooking to vacation on cheap.

I was doing insurance sales last year...but I find this alot easier. Mainly because I'm dealing with a younger demograohic..
but sometimes I feel.guilty that I'm contributing to the yuppification of North Brooklyn. But they hires me cause I knew the neighborhood plus they really were impressed by my resume.
