Here's the thing. You get rid of him, who are you going to get? You enter very dangerous territory as a franchise when no one wants to play for you or coach for you.
He dug his own grave I admit, dropping all those players and signing Bradford are amongst some of the biggest bonehead moves I've ever seen a team make.
What's clear is, he doesn't need to be GM. The players he's chosen can't do what he wants them to do...it's not that he can't coach.
They need to get a qb that can reignite the offense. It's been said on this board and I've been saying since last season, they need to get Kaep or RG3...the truly sad thing is...imagine Kaep with desean, shady, and maclin and this defense.
