That's more than a "lil situation" seems like. ....

It's sad that the finances for a decent attorney can truly amount to the difference between life and death.
And that's pretty much what it is

He violated probation by not reporting because he felt like they would pick him up for the new charges at probation... He went to court for probation and they waited till the last minute to enter the new charges

He'd be done served his time for the vop by the beginning of oct so he would be coming home in a few weeks...so they trying to rush these new charges before that date

Which says they might not have enough evidence...but when you have a charge punishable by life and you're being represented by a pd, is it really worth the gamble

I kno somebody going thru a similar situation, and the only thing he can do is get a good lawyer. A PD finna have this nikka doin football numbers.
