I'm sorry a school that spends an unnecessarily amount of their budget on unnecessary building expansions and renovating gyms that they don't use that they don't want to give student organizations the amount of funding they need to book artists to your liking

the concert at the end of the week was more of a student lead thing, so they got who was hot and more affordable . On a side note, the cancellation is causing the small black community to actually come together and speak on a pressing issue. We're all going to where the concert is and trying to get news stations involved.
