when I go to the gym after 9am and before like 2pm I don't see nothing but older men and women in that age range (basically let's call it retirement age) still trying to keep in shape...I know it's rude to tell a lover to not get comfortable but once they get comfortable that is when they usually let themselves go...It's men and women who do this...We all age but you have to at least try to put your best foot forward.
