I've seen enough flopping to know that there are floppers doing it that aren't getting fined/warned for it.

Put it like this: Blake Griffin has not gone an entire month without flopping. I don't recall a game this season where Kobe hasn't broken out the HEEEEEYYYYYYYY verbal flop.
