How much would the men be motivated to wake up that early if it was only running between men or women between women. I suspect the fact that both sexes are present is worth the sacrifice.

I mean you can see who is there for that by the pack they’re running in

back when I use to run like 3-4 times a week, I’d wake up and run any time of the day, but mostly earlier or late because it gets so hot here in New Orleans that it’s best to get you 3 miles in before the sun heats up all the moisture in the air.

But, I go running anytime of the day, doesn’t matter if it’s 5am. If it was a group, it’d have to be a smaller, more focused group for me to be down with keeping the schedule.

To be honest, that’s (5am) probably the best time.

There's like 11PM bike clubs in NYC. I saw that shyt last night and thought I was tweaking.
I'm actually interested in joining a running or biking club now if I can pick super early or late at night.
