Seems like it. I remember albums leaking 3-4 weeks in advance and labels pushing release dates up so it wouldn't hurt sales.

I remember when Relapse leaked, I had that shyt for TWO WEEKS before it even hit shelves.
Fast Forward to 2012, I had to wait four days before the official release just to get Life Is Good by Nas.
