YEs she is homeless living off someone else, and relaying on another kid hopefully getting drafted and making mid to low 6 figures for 1 year in his life, if he doesn't get cut.
That is terrible.

Her life is an example of her poor decision making and poor financial skills. Giving her money or things would be a waste. IMHO

And you still provide no evidence to substantiate your wildly bigoted hypothesis about this woman...... Yet, your conjecture about said woman mirrors a script a fox producer would hand Bill O Reilly...

I'm glad we had this dialogue, so whenever you pretend to care about black plight for whatever reason, I can easily quote this conversation and show otherwise........ :mjpls:

It's human nature. Her son will give her an easy out. I don't know get circumstances but it seems odd for barber to out his moms business out there like that. Which is why I believe he's using her as an excuse while trying to play the sympathy card. That guy for the bengals got a practice squad spot so his daughter could get cancer treatment.

On the flip side of his mom is a healthy a led body then age has no excuses. If that was my mom she would make me get my degree unless I was s sure fire first round pick Abe even then she would make me take classes that would enable me to graduate early.

But it aint.. So lets not pretend that there's some one size fits all approach to life that guarantees success regardless of your path....

He gonna be broke with no degree in the next 10 years. He turning pro for all the wrong reasons. He not doing it because he feels he's ready or for the love. He doing it for a quick come up. And he using his mom as an excuse. He making poor decisions and he hasn't even cashed his first check.

He even said he wasn't ready.. So the main reason should be... Because u feel like you're ready. He plays a position that has the shortest life span that has been reduced over the years.

Second reason is he should be doing it for himself and not somebody else.

Le'veon Bell ran a 4.6, and he's the best rb in the league.

At 5'11 225lbs, that's actually a pretty decent time.

Emitt ran a 4.6 too...

40 is so overated.. they make a big ass deal over tenths of a second... difference in a 4.4 and 4.6 is 2 fukkin tenths of a second...lol

If a player has a chance to get drafted, then I say go early if you can. Football is a short lived sport with injuries. You can always go back to school.
