That could mean that they have talked with their attorney's about getting the forums back....it doesn't mean that there's a lawsuit already ongoing...

And just because that's how it could/should have been said doesn't change the fact that Steven may have a lawsuit on the way that isn't filed yet...they could still be talking it through with their attorneys.

in the end, literally none of us has a personal involvement in either sohh or buzzmedia as corporations so there's no real way in which we have a dog in this fight
