$5 billion is laughable. They made over $1 billion between the two amazing Spider-Man movies alone.

Then there’s Venom. Why would they sell for $5 billion? They could pump out meh movies and make triple that over time.

And since Spider-Man is firmly entrenched in the MCU, the price would be even hire. Disney is basically forced to live with a shytty deal that started before they even bought marvel.
