I thought most women look down on strippers.
Why is it so cool to take pole dancing classes though?

Because it's 2 diff things. A pole dancing class doesn't equal taking off your clothes in front of a bunch of men. Pole dancing is a good excercise just like other dancing.

Its a White middle class woman thing. They have the privilege of being able to take "ho" elements, without being "hoes."
There are 1000 ways to get the necessary exercise for those same muscles, but middle-upper class White women wanted to be just like those "dirty strippers" without the economic need.

Exactly, @Raul , it's actually supposed to be a pretty good excercise. You'll notice that the best strippers (not low rent ones) are usually in pretty good shape.
