i'm not gonna call it trash yet... but I can already tell its not gonna be on the level of the 1997 anime because of the change in tone. the original berserk had more of a thoughtful, somber vibe while this is more pedal-to-the-medal j-pop infused fakkitry. like its trying to be an edgy shounen series or something.
