FOH if thats the case i may as well do a track over the through the wire beat and say its the "same sample"

If you don't have a natural ear for music, you wouldn't notice it, but it is NOT the same beat. Just the same sample, and a poor job at flipping it better than the last time it was used, which sould always be a goal of a producer with knowledge of a sample that was previously used by a major label artist.
