Mainly happens in cutscenes and the swamp area sometimes Novigrad.

I put 87 hours in on PS4 and it really was only noticeable in a few situations. The drops arent that frequent during gameplay. Oddly only really noticeable during some cutscenes.

Never really noticed it through most of the gameplay except the swamp area. Most of the game it stayed at 30.

I heard the latest patch is a little better. Im sure it's awesome at 60fps> though.
