The reason why I work at Microsoft is because the whole ethos as a company is, "How can I help people and businesses achieve more?"

The thing that I think about at night, outside of GPUs, is... I think about, "Will my son have classmates in the future?" And that's not because agents are going to replace them. It is because the fertility rates are declining. The average birth rate in the 90's when we were growing up was like 3 and now is 2.3 and in 2050 is estimated to be below replacement.

And I think that AI can have such a big effect on it and already is. I was just reading about a hospital in London that's able to improve pregnancy rates by using AI to match eggs and sperms and they are cutting costs at the same time."
