Please drop, lets build.

Michael Jackson got Never-never-Land messed all the way up! :bryan:

I mean he kidnaps children that all you need to know how he gets down :gucci:

But really it was a story to scare children into not running away if you think about it

Every fairy tale had a more sinister meaning to them if you really look into them
Grimm Bros. In college we had to read a bunch of these books, the original. Disney did a number on the youth lol

The Disneyfication of alot of classic gothic fairytales was both a blessing and curse
full

'cause it either ruined your childhood when you found out the origin stories that you held dear for so long or it gave you mad new material to read and enjoy
from the actual authors during a time period where scaring children was more for prevention than profit.
I mean in the actual Sleeping Beauty, a broad went into a coma in her teens and woke up with children she didn't even have the ability to consent to while the dude just fukkS off.

Read Grimm’s Fairy Tale anthology for yourself and get first hand insight into the mind of the Cromagnon.

Those stories are a lot older than even the old European versions, when they make it to the minds of their creatives they all tend to gain an underlying theme of gloom, darkness, and despair.

I’m sure the Peter Pan tale itself is from a more ancient story than whatever is discussed in that vid and wasn’t nearly as dark in its actual origin.

A lot of Fairy Tales have their true origin in the stories of the Indus Kush/Ancient Kemet former world empire (Upanishads, Mahabharata, etc.). Travelers broke them down into little nuggets and spread them by word of mouth.
