Newspapers are dead, I guess they gotta get it somehow.

I use adblock so I don't know if they put ads on the site but that's usually the better method if it's not intrusive.

If you use Chrome just open the article in incognito mode. I've been doing this for a while. Some sites found a way around it but you can just copy and paste the URL address in Google search and access the article.

I read the Washington Post's education section. I have no problems with the 10 article limit because if I look at the titles, most of the same stories can be found on other sites for free. Jay Mathews' articles are not behind a paywall if anyone cares.

I don't understand how some of you think that a newspaper, or any site, can stay in business providing free content especially if you are using ad block. Take your non-paying business elsewhere.
