Why are we praising the demeaning behavior of baby momma's living together as a modern form of polygamy with one man? Why do we continue to reward ignorance and irresponsibility of our BLACK men and women in the media?? I truly dont understand the mentality of this and something needs to be done about it. What are we saying to our young men and women who can have access to this show??? That is ok to father 11 children with 10 different women without the commitment of marriage??? Or for our young women, it is ok to let a man impregnate you and depreciate your self-worth and morality as a woman?? This is disgusting on so many levels.
We do not need another reality show that shows our people in a bad light. Our community needs to stop watching this nonsense and boycott these companies that are owned by white folks. They feel that making a modern day minstrel show based on degrading women and blacks will bring the ratings that they need and they can care less about the people they target! We have to control our image and eradicate nonsense that we subject ourselves to and most importantly, our children.
