As far as this dude.... the CAC killed the box office.. is successful........and hasn't acted like a fakkit (as far as I know) + I respect him for realizing that he might have been flabby and putting in that work to get in shape. Plus he's a faithful Family man.... smokes weed, listens to hip hop, was homeless so started at the bottom.
We should always celebrate men who Act like men, and who work to better themselves.
With the woman it should be who has the roundest ass and prettiest face.
For the men it should be based on other factors.
