There's more Black's in Toronto than in 95 percent of us cities..
Montreal second biggest black pop after Toronto mostly Haitians though
Halifax has about 20k blacks
Calgary has a decent amount
Vancouver the black population is 1 percent.
Vancouver has over 2 million people only 23k black people
Yes you can fit all the black people in Vancouver in the stadium there and it wouldn't be half filled
