Seriously, it's like seeing some Twilight Zone shyt driving through that area. 1 minute you see that and literally the next there's expensive cloths shops and jewelry stores everywhere.
However, Downtown LA has been getting gentrified heavy these past few years, so they may soon loose their spot, unfortunately.
