This makes no sense whatsoever. You literally said, most players are doing the right thing so they'll never have to deal with the unfair NFL rules so it's all good. That's like saying 99% of dudes accused of rape are guilty so it doesn't matter that the dude who is innocent will face a judge that will rule guilty 98% of the time regardless of the facts. NFL player discipline directly affects players, their salaries, and their teams. Don't suguarcoat this. No one in the legal community thinks this agreement was smart. The NFL starved the players and they caved assuming Goodell would be reasonable given his relationship with the owners, but forgetting that the owners themselves are vindictive.

Shut your dumb ass up your not a lawyer. You just compared rape to a private business handles their conduct policies.

Shut the fukk up

The Court said, regardless of the facts, the NFL commissioner was given this power, and it is what it is, we have no choice. It was really a, you NFL players did it to yourself type of decision. The NFL Player's Union looking weak as fukk out here for giving Goodell that power just to end the lockout. That was a major L. It will be appealed and somehow this fukkery will continue until like 2018. The NFL just won't let it go. shyt is crazy. Pats haters will feel vindicated, impartial observers of the law will be shocked, and Pats fans will be incensed. It is what it is.
Why would they be shocked ? The shock should of been at the previous decision . Like you state the union made a mistake giving goodell all that power and he exercised it . Brady should of just cooperated if he wasn't really cheating , I don't understand the destroying that phone but not the previous one , destroy both if your gonna use that I routinely destroy phones excuse

No, the decision was very different from typical discipline. It was too arbitrary, and judges don't favor that stuff. Arbitrators look for consistency.

I'm not sure exposing yourself as someone who couldn't even pass the 7th grade is something to be proud of, boyo

PV = nRT doesn't explain why the ball boy called himself the "deflator" threatening to go to ESPN
PV = nRT doesn't explain why the football equipment guys were discussing why "Tom" was upset about the size of the football inflation throughout the season
PV = nRT doesn't explain why the ball boy is on security camera taking the footballs to the bathroom before the AFC game in an unorthodox manner.
PV = nRT doesn't explain why Tom is calling the ball boy frequently "someone he never spoke with a lot before" after news broke of the deflated footballs
and lastly PV = nRT doesn't explain why Tom destroyed his phone when Wells asked for it.

fukk 7th grade science bullshyt you lack common sense.
This is what a defeated middle school dropout looks like.

Yea I feel the same way. Brady could've already ate those four games if he would've just manned up from the beginning

word. i get it...to leave 4,5 million on the table like that would make anybody mad as hell. But you have how much money already? You're worried about you team losing? You have how many rings already? You're worried about your legacy/name. You're a first ballot hall of famer regardless. Just eat the fukkin suspension

Why haven't any discussions started on rings being revoked or at least make the Pats compete for any contested rings ASAP as is, injuries or not.

Bring back Westbrook or whatever his name is too and make them re-do 3 Superbowls in a damn row. They need to fight fair and square. Tripping D-Linemen is one thing messing with the damn ball is a completely different story. :beli:

:beli:..this isn't about the footballs and haven't been for a long ass time...hell many can't tell the difference between the ball being at 11.5 psi or 12.5 psi...and if it was about the ball then there would have been some type of protocol for handling the balls BEFORE this happened and there was not...if it was only about the balls then Roger would have fined them $25,000( which is in the rule book for tampering with equipment) and moved on.....clearly it's not about the footballs...Roger is upset that Brady didn't hand over his phone and felt like he was hampering the investigation...Brady felt like Roger has too much power( although NFLPA gave him such power) and was simply abusing his power....this is all a power move where Roger is telling the Pats and Brady you are not above the shield and not only will I hit you hard for this but I will also hit you for things in the past....which why you get to 2 drafts picks being lost, 4 game suspension and a million dollar fine...

Like it or not Goodell has authority over players and it's the owners fault. Coaches have a slight pull with owners if they are a winner but there is nothing Belichick can do alone to get Goodell ousted. Nobody likes Goodell but people hate Brady worse. And he brought it upon himself.

The hatred bandwagon for the Pats escalated in 07 and has been going strong since. Honestly I wouldn't care if it meant they didn't have a perfect season and got 14-2 because of this. But what the fans do care about from 3 different teams is being cheated out of a ring because every little edge counts. Nobody is talking about the referee calls compared to this is a whole nother dimension of fukkery for New England. Kickers have won and lost superbowls and the difference between the PSIs could matter when it comes to 10mph wind vs. 12 mph.

Anybody that plays the game knows there are a million and one factors but all it takes is one to win or lose and there are battles you should pick and fight, which is why everyone has a bone to pick with this team. Just sheer outlandish bullshyt that clearly affects game outcomes and ultimately money for a lot of people involved in the game and franchise.

.

My point is that this is not about the balls and hasn't been for a while...

why wasn't there some sort of protocol as to how the balls are handled before kickoff? like an official walking with the ball boy to the field..
why is tampering with equipment( and yes the balls included) ONLY a $25,000 fine? but this is a million, 2 draft picks and 4 game suspension
why in the Wells report did they say the refs inflated the balls in one game to almost 16.5 psi which is way over the league max but there was no problem...
why aren't the gauge numbers written down when the refs measure them before kickoff?
and BTW the refs handle the kicking balls so the teams don't touch them or bring them to the field....unlike the in game balls.

my point is with all these questions surrounding the balls and as you say this another "dimension" of fukkery you would think that the league would have all this covered but they don't because they don't really deem it to be a big deal hence the $25,000 fine....so all this outcry about the ball being 1 psi below the limit is bullshyt...I bet if this was any other team they would have been fined, non story and that's it...hell the Vikings were caught on camera putting their balls by the heaters in a freezing cold game and received a fined...

This is about tampering with an investigation(breaking his phone), thinking you are above the shield and for owners who felt like they got off easy for Spygate.....that's my point....and I could careless about Brady and the Pats!
