Cavs, knicks, magic are playoff locks

Celtics, pacers even with Tatum/haliburton out are still playoff locks but they will be weaker next year

Bucks and Pistons will probably make the playoffs

Sixers are an enigma…they will draft third in the first round of the draft this year and if they stay healthy, avoid injuries and PG turns back the clock, they might make the playoffs. They need a bounce back year from Joel Embiid.


Can a healthy raptors team make the playoffs?

I expect the bulls, heat, hawks, and nets to be mediocre again.

Hornets and wizards are lottery caliber teams that will finish in the bottom of the eastern conference standings again.
