So was Lavine holding back Wiggins/Towns... specifically Wiggins?

Too many cooks in the kitchen, the team should be centered around KAT & Wiggins, a SF that does dirty work and hits threes is all they need.

Trade Dunn or the 2017 1st round pick for Nerlens Noel and Robert Covington.

PG - Zach LaVine
SG - Andrew Wiggins
SF - Robert Covington
PF - Karl-Anthony Towns
C - Nerlens Noel

This lineup has the Wolves in the playoffs next season.

So you think the only thing the wolves need to be respectable is 3 point shooting from a garbageman?

Maybe Noel, convington and seconds for lavine or make a three team trade.

That is LUNACY. LaVine (if traded) will fetch a lot more than that.

Wolves could get Noel and Covington for just Kris Dunn or their 2017 1st rounder. At worst give up both Dunn and the 1st rounder for Noel and Covington.

LaVine should get you MUCH BETTER players.

I'm not a fan of LaVine but maybe it's just because of his situation, I didn't really like him at UCLA either though. They should focus on Dunn at the point.

I feel the same way about Clarkson in LA. Focus on putting D'Angelo at the 2 and get a true PG, or run the offense through Julius.

Teams need to get off that "big 3" fukk shyt. Wiggins and Towns can be the future if they put the right pieces around them. All Lavine does is take away shots that should be going to them. They were both No. 1 overall picks for a reason.

Ya see..what doesn't make sense about this is that Lavine is shooting better from 2 and better from 3 than Wiggins. So you're saying the team would be better off to have more shots taken that have a smaller chance of going in.:dwillhuh:

Sounds like you care more about making a star out of Wiggins than about the team making shots.:francis:

LaVine is more than a 6th man.

He's got Hall of Famer potential.

The Wolves have a Harden/Durant/Westbrook situation here.

LaVine on another team is a future MVP candidate.

No. The Wolves need a rim protector. The reason they suck right now is because they can't play defense. And the reason they can't play defense is because Karl-Anthony Towns is not a center that protects the rim. They need a real center in the middle that can block shots that they can funnel people to. Someone like Clint Capela would make them a playoff team. In addition they need another perimeter defender to pair with Wiggins. A 3nD SF like Demarre Carroll would be ideal. That would allow Wiggins to move to the 2 which is his natural position.

If I'm the Wolves, I try to trade for Nerlens Noel and Robert Covington from the Sixers. I'd offer Philly either Kris Dunn or my 2017 1st round pick for Noel and Covington.

PG - Zach LaVine
SG - Andrew Wiggins
SF - Robert Covington
PF - Karl-Anthony Towns
C - Nerlens Noel

This team makes the playoffs in 2018. Its a young athletic team with 3 dominant scorers, a nice 3nD SF, and a rim protecting center. Add a few vets to bring off the bench and this team is a championship contender by 2020.

You alone are worth the price of admission to this place. Bravo my dude.

Bravo.
