Just watched Total Recall again, 80s version not that Colin Farell bullshyt. I always figured it was all real when that planted rescue started sweating, but now I think he was dreaming it all. The entire story is kind of ludacrious when you think about it and it all matches up what he asked for in teh beginning. Maybe he was asking for his fantasy because he was dreaming about his past life, but seems like it was all imagined.

I think so. He picked his dream woman that had the features of Melina. At the end when they kiss, the screen flashes white which, now that Im older watching the movie, I assumed was him waking up. Then like someone said the end credits has the company logo as if his "ride" simulator is over.
