If you watch the news and see crack associated with a black dudes arrest in 2015 it's fair to say that 99% of the time it was planted.
Chappelle had a skit about this and every time I see it on the news the crack always seems conveniently planted. Look what happened to this guy name Floyd Dent. recently. Cops planted crack under his car seat.

Of course we know why they do this, crack carries a higher prison sentence than cocaine when they are basically the same thing]. Plus older white irrationally shudder at the word in pavlovs dog unison so its guilty any time they hear it regardless of evidence.
