They even purposely ran him into another car
why don't they use drones in cases like these.. it's better to use a drone and then capture the image of the suspect(s) face to apprehend them later. it's possible it gives the suspect(s) time to dispose of evidence/contraband but drones would capture that too.

I always imagine them having a tracker at this point…they can shoot a tracker out… or newer cars with police having access to the car’s gps/location

Cause cops just be out there having fun. Imagine if you knew you could speed through downtown Atlanta and nothing would happen to you. Shoot, I'd probably do it myself.
