this viral campaign has me stuck on :dwillhuh:

If you don't know what i'm talking about i'll try and give a quick summary

- noise rap group death grips got an album coming out around october called 'no love deep web'

- they posted clues on how to download instrumental/unmastered versions of their album the money store on cuatro jackie (i dunno if there's a policy on here to not mention the group that crushed sohh's buildings :umad:)

- And people had to do some next hacker shyt and actually go on the deep web to get the links :ohhh:


this publicity stunts blows any other hip hop artists campaigns out the water :ohhh:

I would post links on it brehs but like I said, I don't know if the coli owners would want cuatro jackie links posted on here and i've never used that website before so i'm trying to understand wtf is going on myself

it won't be..but i'd like that to be the case. I've rinsed the money store and exmilitary to death so I need a new album rom them tbh

Goddamn. This, Gaslamp Killer's new album, FlyLo, Lightning Bolt, Buke & Gase, ahnnu, Mala, Ricardo Villalobos, Brother Ali, shyt I haven't gotten to from months ago like Arca, XXL and the new Sweet Valley beat tape, Vaporwave, etc., etc. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

WAY too much good music coming out right now. Pop indie has been disappointing, but under the surface, shyt's been fantastic. I've been meaning to write on How to Dress Well and Holy Other too, but I've had too much shyt on my plate as of late...

Edit: :heh: That cover is...blatant. You know some of the more reactionary Hip-Hop fans on the board are gonna use that to shyt on them without even listening to the album. Just watch.

:laff: i know breh. I like the idea behind it (I was wondering how they were gonna try to top the money store's album cover), but you know, I won't be looking at it lol :skip: I might use the censored version as my avi for :troll: purposes

I've still got to listen to Gaslamp Killer and FlyLo's albums yet. Too much shyt to sift through atm :ohlawd:

This album has me suck on :ohmy: mode though. Come and get me is my favorite song from it so far
