Philly pretty much skipped winter...went from Fall to Spring.

Chicago was mild too.
I think I read winter was pretty mild in Europe too

In Syracuse we had a few big snow storms, with the biggest storm hitting us about two weeks ago, nothing the magnitude of Buffalo's but we had a decent amount of snow even tho technically it was a below average winter for us in snow per foot totals.

It was cold as ice many times tho so I guess that counts for something lol .
