Not taking sides here but the comparison is unfair. Kobe had great complimentary players in each of his Finals Runs (Shaq, Gasol, Bynum, Odom). LeBron has Wade, a similar (less talented) player who needs the ball just as much as he does, and Bosh, a player who is 7 ft. Tall yet insists on taking more shots outside the paint than inside it.

I think Bron was just trying to get his team involved in order to keep them engaged. But in the process he didn't really get going himself. But I think he'll come out with his usual 25-30 to prove he wasn't playing passively or feared the moment. Maybe Kawhi Leonard had something to do with it too.
