So what actual steps can we take against job descrimination?

I made a thread bout not getting hired at a ems job down here in Austin texas, and of course the c00ns said it has nothing to do with descrimination, but as I constantly see in REAL life, and also googling countless discrimination lawsuits against the city and other lawsuits its obvious now. So what exactly can I do? I literally wasted 4 years of my life to get a degree to work in the medical and ems field and they wont even call back or hire me. What steps should I take? and whenever I do get hired im targeted and fired for no reason.

Or B. Be attractive to the guy interviewing, be a potential cuckold candidate

Or C. Luck up and get a woman or a minority to interview u

Same in nyc, I believe they had to overhaul the recruiting process because they were only hiring white men

While this line of thinking is the ultimate goal, it's clear he just got out of school and looking for work to even get to that point. This statement is naive considering most black people cant even get approved for a business loan due to discrimination.

Op your question is quite valid and i completely agree that hiring discrimination is at a all time high. I applied recently to be a medical liason for a company and i think due to my last name they thought i was Asian. when i got in there the cacs look like they saw a ghost and i went through the motions cause i knew at that point they were full of shyt. mind you this company has begged me to interview and flew me out. after 2 interviews and 2 weeks haven't heard anything not even a thank you but we're considering other candidates. why because i was qualified for the job and now they trying to figure out how to say no without being sued for discriminatory hiring process.

Im in the same predicament but its no better in Atlanta.

I started a LinkedIn so these cacs arent surprised to see who they're gonna be dealing with.

I have an interview today for some bullshyt job im overqualified for and being my own boss looks better and better everyday even if its more work

The truth of the matter is people hire in their own image, people who they can relate to, which is why there is a general consensus that as a black person you need to be better than your white counterpart just to be on an equal footing, and even that isnt good enough most of the time...
