not all white people are bad, I've met some without a racist bone in their body but the good ones rarely speak up like this. I'm glad this man did, if I just saw him without reading that I'd think he was .

Whites were on the freedom rides, whites were abolitionist, whites led revolts, risked thier lives for the underground railroad

I don't think all white people are bad but everyone will have a bias for their own race.
