Shanahan pulled this shyt last year and went 0-3 with serious egg on his face then got fired.

Same should be with gruden. If these dudes go 1-4 he should be fired ASAP

we beat a dallas team with romo having a fukked up back and missing almost half the game......that is what gruden holds his hat on?

Who knows if McCoy can figure out the NFL after 5 years in the league?

But if RG3 is the franchise guy and you're benching him temporarily because he's had some bad games, that's not sending RG3 a message. That's a coach trying to win a handful of games at the end of the year to save his job.

You bench a guy for a quarter. Maybe even a half. You don't bench him for 2 or 3 games and think he can come back and lead your team. I mean RG3 already probably has no respect or trust for his coaches.

On the other hand, if RG3 has lost the locker room...then you gotta cut him loose.

I realize the blame goes all around, but fair or not...it falls on the QB more than most.

RG3 hasn't been playing too great.
It's a bit difficult to say why. For whatever reason, Alfred Morris hasn't been able to find the same running success that alleviated some of the pressure on RG3 as a rookie.

I'm not saying they should run with McCoy necessarily.
But you have to admit that if the guys in the huddle don't like RG3 and RG3 isn't performing...I mean that's hard to come back from as a football team.

Well Griffin is only 24. He'll be 25 in February.

I suppose you could rebuild with him...but you realize they're looking at being competitive by like 2017 if they go that route....new players...probably a new coach...a new system...

All that takes time.

Washington would need to take a stand...the QB or the coach.
