Like when the song dropped followed by they other songs like Fucc The Police
was it really THAT big, like some shyt that people litreally never thought would ever be played on the radio or a song

and if it was that big, then what would be the equilvant in todays music industry, liek what would someone or a group have to do to have that kind of impact again

There was literally NOTHING at that time to compare it with exception to THE CHRONIC and even with that, Straight Outta Compton had the controversy. Once word got out that the FBI took attention to the album and how it's banned on radio and MTV banned the video, EVERYONE sought for that album just to hear it for themselves.

Co-sign to the muthafukkin fullest!!! NWA's run was an unstoppable fire and Straight Outta Compton lit the fuse. When that album dropped you heard it out of any vehicle that had a sound system. There was a few copies of the cd's that had pressing issues. We all had the tapes then the cd's. Really hard to find something nowadays that has the impact that did. There was nothing like the lyrics, beats, and production back then.

nikkaz was sleep, but after the twenty/twenty special that showed sog the video.
My own dad stole my nwa tape and all people in their age group hated rap.
