Basically we don't know and probaly never will like many rap murders....some folks say the killer dead,cops say its the dude who shot cops,dude who shot the cops didn't confess to killin stack but say informants said he did.
You could normally accuse cops of trying to put a case on dude,or maybe they felt pressure to close Stacks case so just put his murder on this cop shooter....but from another article I read it sounded like they are pretty sure this guy did it,and since he most likely will go away forever they might not even bother going to trial and trying to charge him with Stacks murder.
I feel like its a lot more likely some dudes saw em flossin in the club and wanted to rob em and followed em home....dude rolled pretty heavy and everybody knew em,would sumbody in his hood try to rob em?shyt would be a little risky I think...Stack got caught slippin and I respect him dyin for his principles but u wish he was still here killin shyt
