agreed....problem is that even if xbox drops 100 bucks by then (more than likely), the PS4 lead over it will be very high at that point AND they can drop the price as well (50 bucks prob).

MS needs to bite the bullet NOW and drop it 50 bucks IMO at least. Sony won't blow a 9 milli lead like MS did. And god forbid if they launch weeks earlier later this year.

While true, the PS3 has surpassed the 360 in sales. RROD replacements also inflated those sales more than people think (esp here in the states...I know cats who seriously bought multiple 360 replacements not giving a fukk about the warranty).

While the sales will still be close in the states, it will be a bloodbath worldwide and the PS4 will also sell more here in the states as well (60/40 in ps4 favor IMO).

The RROD systems that were replaced was not counted as rebuys
BUT, sony never acknowledged THE DISC READ ERROR until the year 2005 aka the end of last gen. Guess how many PS2's got replaced because of the disc read error?
