What do ya'll think Brehs?

I know you can get almost the same performance from a tuned 240i but that's not my question. How does the M2 look on its own merits? I've seen the crazy reviews.

Anyone drive it? Is it worth the 20k savings over the M3 (The M4 is too bloated for a coupe so out of the question)? 2 year old models are still selling for MSRP so depreciation is better.

Don't buy a BMW with an M if depreciation is one of your worries. You don't buy a car like this because of re-sell value, you buy a car like this because you want to drive an M BMW.

I am personally looking into buying the 135i (you barely ever see it, it's a great starting point for a BMW enthusiast like myself). The M1 vs the 135i is hugely different in price and the performance of it doesn't justify it. The 135i has 308bhp. That's fast af.

I just saw the M2 the other day when I was outside and it does look like a beast.

First BMW? (I once owned an old 1988 BMW 318i, literally and only because I watched Paid in Full and fell in love with the car and that period).

Ya. I've pretty much bought/leased all the big luxury brands with the exception of BMW. So this would be the first. None of them have made me want to be loyal yet.

It's going to be the 18 M2 or the 18 M3. Love the extra doors of the M3 but not sure I can justify spending that new. M2s are MSRP. M3s I can get for 7% off. So the difference is $15k at the end of the day.

Looking to hold onto whatever I buy for awhile. At least 5 years. So looking for new.

Ms hold their value more than any other model

Went and test drove one before the deposit. Car is lovely.

Got my allocation and a production number. October delivery.

Went with Alpine White because Wifey hated the Long Beach Blue (had to compromise on something). Might get that shyt wrapped like the Nardo Grey above.

Excited Brehs.
