Pleather bad boy was obviously operating at a heightened state of paranoia.
Assuming he and boy werent jackboys , red 11s dude looked like a stupid kid who didnt know when to back off a situation ("he just trying to sell you weed" is a stupid answer to someone belligerently telling you to get the fukk out they face)

The judge isn't gonna care what the circumstances were, once he roofs the shooter...but I think Bad Boy jacket sensed he was about to get lined up, and backed out on homie instead...
