Rape is having sex with a person against their will or without their consent. It's that simple.

Getting someone drunk to get them to have sex with you... definately coersion. but only rape if she doesnt want to get drunk and gave sex w/you. if she does, it isnt rape.
Giving someone drugs to get them to have sex with you... again, coersion. but its only rape if she can not say no (is too high) or says no and just wants to do drugs. if she is willing to take the drugs in exchange it is actually prostitution, not rape.
Continuing to have sex with someone after they have withdrawn consent... this is date rape, true. But this is the only situation in which this logic is used so I am always hesitant to acknowledge its legitamacy. If this were used in any other scenerio it would be called out as bs. For example if I lend you my car then while you are driving to work i call u and tell you pull over then tell the cops u stole my car thats some bullshyt. but you can have that one.
Having sex with someone that is sleeping/not in the right mind state/mentally challenged... It really just depends on consent. If I have been given consent to do something by someone, then they go to sleep, why would the assumption be that
consent is withdrawn? Thats ridiculous. On the other hand, if you sneak in and have sex with someone asleep that has not given you consent, sure. Its rape. I don't think thats cool to assume mentally challenged ppl don't want to have sex. Look at Welven. Are you saying those instagram thots are raping him? He is 100% consenting. You aren't giving mentally challenged ppl enough credit. You should check out this show called the undatables. It deals with mentally ill and ppl w/disabilities tryna find dates. Good show.

Black mailing someone for sex... not rape, blackmail on one side, prostitution on the other. They are consenting in exchange for the service of the blackmailer not exposing or doing something. If I blackmail you into giving me you whip its not grand theft auto, its blackmail. If I blackmail you into giving me money its not robbery its blackmail. So if I blackmail you into giving me some p*ssy it isn't rape its blackmail. In each case you consented to that decesion. You had options in all cases.
