The Guianas, Belize, Venezuela , Panama, and the Caribbean coasts of Guatemala Honduras Nicaragua Costa Ricaand Colombia. Parts of the mainland Caribbean are full of black people who speak English creole and/or descend from Caribbean people.

Many of these mainland areas are physically and culturall separate from the rest of their countries so you could argue they’re “islands”

Guyana easily.

Also, Venezuela is lowkey very Caribbean influenced too. They're like honorary Caribbean Hispanics and they've also been adapting to Trinidad as well.
