Now I grew up in the islands/carribean so my parents spanked me like there was no tomorrow.

My dad spanked me outside, inside, and even at the store. My running and dodging skills have improved but it took a lot of pain and anguish for me to get there.

My mom shoe throwing skills was crazy, in fact she threw whatever was in her hand.

I was the laziest student, otherwise my mom had no complaints. No drugs, no pregnancy scares, no girl problems,

no "I don't like that crowd you hanging with." Homework.

I think I was the only person in High-School who consistently did D or C level work in Honors and AP classes

and was NEVER kicked out. Summer school all four years of High School

Deep down I was ok with that because the work was so boring, even if I was more than up to the task of completing it.

smh that's how my brother was. Got perfect attendance awards with D's and E's all up and down his report card. Show up and do absolutely NOTHING!!

I missed a total of 5 days in 4 years of highschool

Only 2 of those days were legit sick days. I had the second best attendance record in the school, but academically was ranked in the bottom 30% of my class

It was a damn shame too, cause this was honors and AP classes I tested into and did nothing.

AP english class sophomore year. Was supposed to read 12 books during the summer. Classic novels. Not a fukking thing was read, and the D+ I walked away

with was the proof.

I use to get whoopings more than my sister. My pops used his belt because we lived in la and he could not go outside and get a switch from the tree because there all palms.

My mom did not whoop me she would say I'm very disappointed in you. That shyt hurt more than a whoopin ; then after she said that then my pops came im with the belt .
