did a ruling get announced? i missed that

do you know what the total amount of the benefits were? like 3k among 10 kids, a whopping $300 average per player. not exactly SMU, we should get a 2012 bowl ban (already self induced one last year) and lose 3 schollies a year for 3 years. thats been the rumor, but im not aware of an official ruling
