Hard to say because so many rappers have dropped strong mixtapes. I'd say 50, Fab, Currensy, and Jadakiss for me personally.

But Wayne, Future, Banks, Gucci, Papoose, Jeezy, Sean Price, J Cole, and many others in the conversation too.

Here’s my thing, to me Mixtape is a mix of songs and freestyles. This disqualifies Cyhi who would be my mixtape Goat. Also takes Fabulous best mixtapes out and Futures. I think I’d go Wayne or Gucci.
