ReportedActually…. Believe it or not…. I’ve lost about 25-30lbs over the last 2 months
Been in the gym, but more importantly BEEN disciplined with the diet eating mainly salads, chicken & seafood. Drinking nothing but protein shakes, water, smoothies and eating fruit.
I’m 6’5 so I dropped from 303lbs to currently about 273lbs. I was thinking about going to 265lbs, but I’m cool around this area…. Don’t wanna go anywhere lower cuz then I’ll be tall and lanky like I was in my middle and early HS years
So again….
