You really don't think he can't help out on defense? He maybe a liability offensively at this point in his career but he can help give Shumpert and JR some rest when they need it.

This isn't the Shawn Marion of Dallas brah. He lost his lateral quickness and so he is a step behind. Blatt will play Mike Miller and James Jones because they are shooters who can still contribute but Marion is literally a walking corpse that is a shell of his former self.

Shumpert messed his shoulder up the last game so you know he is not a 100%. Deli is practically killing himself out there. You don't think inserting him for a few minutes wouldn't help these guys rest? I'm not saying he is going to shut anybody down but he can be effective.
