Amazon once again today proved its the GOAT when it comes to customer service here is why:
Ordered a external battery for my sister a month and two weeks ago, she used it , it stopped working two weeks ago, no idea why. I contact amazon yesterday tell them its broke, they give me a label to print , tell me to return it and i will get FULL REFUND, not only that but told me to contact them when i reorder a external and i will get FREE overnight shipping

sent her another phone cover and some free screen protectors/wipes, nothing major but still and the fact that you dont have to deal with some teenage idiot who has to call a "manager" 
i dont shop at walmart but amazon is very lenient in general when its comes to returns and refunds. the only comparison IME is costco
