He's not a good businessman. I think he's a great one. No matter if the quality has diminished to those of us that remember the old days. wwe is still a multi billion dollar company and growing. From ticket sales, merchandise, their movie studio, everything. Look at how Vince took the company in the early 80s and made it a global phenomenon. Wasn't it just a local territory back then up in the northeast and he just started taking over other places and growing the company? He owns a majority portion of the market share I would say.

More like 90% market share in America.

I think it may have been the most successful territory when Vince Sr. was in charge. Interesting note is Vince Sr. didn't want his son to expand and become a national power. He feared that his son would do damage to the business.

yeah I think I might've heard that somewhere. Everyone respected each other's territories back then. Think Jerry Lawler and Jim Cornette were promoters back then too but I could be wrong. Funny how the business has changed so much but of course so has society and we more connected now. He started to expand at the right time. Technology helped him alot.
