This just makes you wonder......what good is the prison industrial complex doing in the country? This man was supposed to be in prison for 13 years. Didn't go and became a model citizen. What would have happened if he went in for 13 years and then came out? You know the answer.
So what're we supposed to do, STOP putting people in prison? Leave them on the outside and hope life cures them?

Naw, nothing that drastic, but maybe looking into alternatives instead of just locking everyone up. I'm from a mind set that when you lock a human being up there is no hope of rehabilitation, all it does is increase the anti-social behaviors in the first place. It doesn't work. It's just punishment.
