So you just got pulled over...how do you get out of the ticket?

if your not riding dirty here are the steps to lower your chances of getting a ticket

1)turn off your engine and put the keys on the roof of your car

2) roll down all the windows and if its night time put your overhead light on.

3) have your license and registration out before the cop hits your window.

4) Say "Hello sir" and hand over your license and registration
*critical step: if you have a FOP badge, PBA card (these shyts aint worth anything anymore) hand it over to the officer.

5) He or she will ask you who you are and what relation you have to the FOP (break that shyt down for the officer). Where to get a badge? (you basically gotta know someone and they can have it made up for you)

6)What if I don't know someone?
Then hopefully you work for the fire department, the medical field, or are involved in politics/lawyer and can show some ID

7) Last point is to have a valid reason for speeding/running the light: The best excuses always involve someone and their life being in danger (Example: you got a call that your nephew got beat up in school). Take some acting classes to help with your delivery.

2) no cop feels safe pulling people over at night. If you put the light on they are always more calm
3) serious question, do you look suspect? The most a cop will do is have their hand on their gun if they see you going in your pockets, but they were gonna do that anyway

Its kinda dumb to be going through your ish after being stopped and the cop behind you watching you.
they observe your movements after getting pulled over. most people stay seated straight up waiting.
if you're moving around and bobbing down to the glove compartment or whatever, shyt is gonna look suspect.
and they will write that in the report if you get a charge or the stop goes the wrong way. happened to me and all i was doing was putting my things into the rear seat and he reported i was "acting suspicious moving around the vehicle while he ran my plate"
best is to wait until hes at the window to go looking for your paperwork.

If these are ways to not get a ticket..."looking suspect" shouldn't factor into the equation.
